GLEITMO 603 by Fuchs Lubritech GmbH is a colloidal suspension of GLEITMO White Solid Film Lubricants in water. It is being used widely as the friction stabilizers for reducing and stabilizing the coefficients of friction on fasteners.
The dry lubrication film remaining upon application shows excellent adhesion on different types of surfaces, is forming a clear, absolutely track-free film and has no influence on the other properties of the coated material.
GLEITMO 603 has been developed for receiving defined friction properties by a low spread area and not for receiving an extremely low coefficient of friction.
GLEITMO 603 has been developed for lubrication of mass-parts such as screws, nuts and bolts for the automotive industry.
