GLEITMO SFL 9540 by Fuchs Lubritech GmbH contains solid lubricants, organic binders and solvents. Upon curing, GLEITMO SFL 9540 forms a dry, solid lubricating film with corrosion protection. The film is firmly adhering, highly resistant to oil, solvents and high pressures, and applicable over a wide range of temperatures. In the area of boundary and mixed friction, GLEITMO SFL 9540 supports oil or grease lubrication outstandingly well.
GLEITMO SFL 9540 improves running-in conditions, protects against surface damage, and is applicable at high pressures and low sliding speeds. In many cases, lifetime lubrication is possible.
Typical applications: Gear wheels, bearing bushes, pivot pins, plain bearing axles, special steel fitting components, chain parts, wearing rings and locking disks, large threaded connections, ceramic parts, and sliding parts exposed to high temperatures.
