Description
GLEITMO 615 by Fuchs Lubritech GmbH is a suspension of GLEITMO White Solid Film Lubricants in water. It is being used widely as the friction stabilizers for reducing and stabilizing the coefficients of friction on fasteners.
GLEITMO 615 can be also applied to effectively minimize “thread galling” and “cold welding” during tightening of stainless steel and other alloy fasteners. Therefore, many reputable manufacturers of fasteners are using GLEITMO 615 as the solution to prevent thread seizing.
Field of application
GLEITMO 615 has been developed for lubrication of bulk parts such as stainless steel screws/nuts, self-tapping and thread-forming screws, rivets, chipboard screws, and O-ring assemblies.
